  2. Contact Information: Your Salary and Income details, credit history, financial history, debit/credit card information (including CVV, type of card, expiry date, and name on the card) UPI ID, NEFT or IMPS details
  3. Credit and Lending Information: Credit information and assessment reports obtained from credit information companies, employment information (including employment agreement, salary slips, etc.)
  4. Identification Number: KYC documents including identity proofs, address proofs, photographs, PAN, etc.
  5. Usage and Technical Information: IP Address, device brand and model, geo-location information
  6. Hypothecated Vehicle Information: Location of the Vehicle, driving style of the driver, start and stop time of the vehicle, route travelled by the vehicle

The personal data mentioned collected from you is used by the Company for the purpose of making a lending decision and to ascertain your credit eligibility and worthiness. The Company may share this personal information, on a strictly need to know basis to any of its group entity with whom it has contractual arrangement or to whom it has outsourced its core and non-core activities.
The Company shall also have the right to conduct a reference check and a background verification check on you in order to verify the information provided by you. For this purpose, an employee/authorized representative of the Company may visit the residential address provided by you and approach the neighbours to authenticate the details provided by you.
We ensure that in case any information is transferred to any of our group entities, they are bound by the obligations to safeguard your personal information and they retain such personal information only for a period required to fulfil their obligations.
In order to track driving behaviour, location and number of trips completed, the Company may require you to mandatorily install its application or alternatively, the Company may install a tracking device on your vehicle for the aforementioned purposes. You shall, until the loan agreement is valid and subsisting, and unless prior consent of the Company is obtained not uninstall/ disable the application nor try to disable the tracking device.
We may obtain your personal information either directly from you, i.e., when you fill out the application form and provide us your contact information, or from any third parties, which may include third parties, our group entities, or from publicly available sources.

PROCESSING THE PERSONAL INFORMATION:


By accessing our website, and by availing our loan facilities, you hereby grant your consent to for processing your personal information for the purposes set out in this Policy. However, if there is any instance where, under the applicable laws, your specific consent is required before processing your personal information, we will seek your specific consent in such cases.
In case we receive your personal information from any third parties, we rely on the consent obtained by them and do not explicitly seek your consent in such cases.
You may, at any time instruct Us to delete all your personal information available with Us, and upon receipt of such request, We shall do so within a reasonable period of time. However, we may engage service provider who operate outside Indian and under such circumstances, your personal information may be processed outside India. Accordingly, you provide your consent to transfer your personal information to such third parties for them to process your personal information.

Grounds for processing of your personal information:

  1. To complete your loan application form and to furnish all the details required therein.
  2. To assess your credit – worthiness and your eligibility to avail loan facilities from Us.
  3. To extend the loan facility to you.
  4. To carry out internal risks and assessments
  5. To ensure compliances under the applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
  6. To develop and offer you other offerings that might be of interest to you.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

In order to efficiently and effectively provide Our facilities to you, We may share your personal information to Our group entities or any other third parties, strictly for the following purposes:

  1. To develop technology which enables the data analytics and research on the existing lending pattern to improve the services and offerings;
  2. To provide support services and technical services to the Company that may be required by the Company in its day-to-day functioning;
Our group entities may share your personal information with their employees, agents or representatives for the purpose of performing their services. However, we shall ensure that such disclosures are made on a strictly need-to-know basis and the parties are bound by reasonable confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations.

Further, We may share your personal information with third parties for the following purposes:

  1. We may be obligated to disclose your personal information to law enforcement agencies, fraud detection authorities, government officials, financial institutions, or other third parties under the applicable laws;

  3. We are obligated to share your personal information and KYC documents with the Central KYC Registry;
  4. Companies or entities which become associated with us as a result of any corporate restructuring activity.

RIGHTS AVAILABLE TO YOU:

You may at any time withdraw your consent for the storage and processing of your personal data and we shall ensure that your request is complied with within a reasonable period of time. However, please note that upon your withdrawal of consent, the loan facility granted to you shall stand cancelled and the amounts that are due and payable by you under that loan agreement shall be payable immediately. Further, the Company shall not be able to continue to provide you the loan facility.

In addition to the above, you may change or update your personal information or data in case there has been any changes or if you come across any errors or inconsistency.

In addition to the above, you may also request a copy of all your personal information that is on our possession, however, this shall be subject to verification of your identity with us.

The security of your personal information is of utmost importance to Us. We take physical, operational and technical measures to ensure the security and integrity of your personal information provided to Us. In addition to this, all your personal information and data is stored in servers situated in India.
